Silvia Patricia Mora has 20 years of professional and academic experience at Tecnológico de Monterrey. Currently, she leads the National Network of Technology Transfer Offices, and the Global Innovation HUBS of Tecnológico de Monterrey. In addition, she has been founder of the Red OTT México (National Association of Technology Transfer Offices in Mexico), where participates as President. Is an active member of International Associations as AUTM (Association of University Technology Managers), and LES (Licensing Executives Society).


Junfeng Feng

Junfeng Feng is President of ZJ Future US, a technology and business platform in Silicon Valley that connects China with America. Every year, he hosts dozens of political and business delegations to California, helping them to experience the innovation atmosphere of Silicon Valley, and connect them with the local innovation community. Junfeng first came to Silicon Valley in 2012 to establish the “Hangzhou Innovation Center US”, an innovation platform predecessor of the ZJ Future US. The purpose of this platform is: help the Chinese government to learn from Silicon Valley, and build its own innovation ecosystem.

Prior he came to USA, he joined the Administration Committee of Hangzhou Future Tech city, and served as international business promotion manager. During that time, Future Tech City attracted a lot of innovative companies all over the world. Among them, the most famous one is Alibaba Taobao.com, who moved to Future Tech city, and quickly became one of the biggest internet company in the world. Junfeng also helped Bay Area Council to expand to Hangzhou City, helping their members to find a partner in Zhejiang and access to China market.

Junfeng helped dozens of US Companies come to China to explore the opportunities of collaborative commercialization, and also similar number of Chinese companies to Silicon Valley for collaborative research. Such as helped Suit X from Berkeley to Ningbo, Zhejiang, Lighting Motor to Quzhou city. Helped Huadong Pharmaceutical and Robam Applications come to Silicon Valley.

Junfeng graduated with a Master Degree in Finance and investment from Queen Mary, University of London.
